The surest way for a chief security officer to pinpoint an employee with anger behavior is to look at the number of grievances being filed on a regular basis by each and every employee in the organization. An angry employee usually results to constantly filing of grievances in the workplace which makes them angry. If quick action is not taken, the employee is driven to violence by the anger. Threatening employees always start with the feelings of superiority and everyone else being inferior. They also consider themselves to always be on the rights side while all the others are wrong (Fay, 2011).
